I really liking working at my current job but the hours at another employer interested in me could be more stable long term wise (I need advice)

I was doing some jobs searching about a month and a half ago and I got a job about a week and a half into looking and although there’s a few employees I don’t care for I really like all the rest quite a bit and they’re always nothing be positive towards me and I don’t hear of them being not nice to other coworkers.

I like servicing the customers a lot too typically and the location it’s in is good for networking. The hours right now I get on the average would be 24 but as the holiday season kicks in around mid November I’ll probably average 31 hours at least but after the holiday season I’ll only get hired as a permanent full time employee with an average of 35 hours if they have spaces available and are still satisfied with my performace.

Another job though within less then a mile, that I applied to around the time of applying to my current job reached out to me today though with an interview offer and expressed they have a lot of interest in having an interview with me and I let them know that I am employed at another job and would only be willing to take the job if it could offer me better hours,

and good benefits but I essentially said that respectfully and not in a entitled fashion and the supervisor said my hours would be 35 weekly, the pay would be 30 cents less, with 3% commission on all transactions, and that I would have to start as a sales associate and prove myself in order to get promoted to supervisor but if I wanted to I could just wait to have the interview in November to just apply to be a supervisor instead

and I’m not sure what deicison makes more sense to make. I wanna stay at my current job because I haven’t liked a work environment as much as I like this one in a long time and I don’t know if I’ll like the one at the other job at all or for long and because I’ve already witnessed that my employer isn’t someone who drastically decreases your hours for insignificant reasons like a small drop in performace so I wouldn’t wanna go to the other company and only have good hours for like three months.

The reasons I’d like to go to the other company is because I’d get that juicy commission and the items they sell aren’t cheap so it would add up quickly, and because I’d be guaranteed the hours over there I’d get if my current company decided to keep me. I have a meeting already scheduled for next week so me and the supervisor can go over various procedures that occur there regularly so I can get a good idea of the job before accepting a job offer from there and if the interviewer has time and I’d like to have the job after getting that intel and asking questions about various stuff relating to the job that’s not procedure related I might have an interview that day.

The job is part of the industry I already work in and come mid October I was going fo start looking for a job that directly relates to psychology because im going to school for psychology so I’m also not sure if I should just skip out on the interview offer but still go see the supervisor early next week.
