The collision repair technician is responsible for making repairs to all assigned vehicles, restoring them to pre-accident condition in accordance with industry standards and factory specifications.

*Experience/Skill Requirements*
* 3-5 years of auto body collision repair experience required
* Performing structural and complete body repairs
* Maintain a working knowledge of current industry best practices in automotive repair
* Inspect vehicles according to requirements and ensure all repairs are completed
* Test drive vehicle to verify soundness
* Clean and maintain the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safe
* Experience using frame and measuring equipment
* History of working independently and in a team environment

*What you bring to the table*
* Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
* Highly organized, and able to handle multiple concurrent assignments
* Trade certificate 310B or are looking for a 310B Apprenticeship
* Physically capable of doing the job which includes frequently bending, crouching, reaching
* Ability to handle tools and lift approximately 50lbs
* Consistently able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
* Able to work well under pressure
* Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally
* Use your own tools

Wage – starting at $26 depending on experience

Hours – Mon to Friday 8am, to 5pm

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

* French not required
Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
* Day shift
* Monday to Friday
* No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:
* Fort Erie, ON L2A 3T8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:
* auto body repair: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
* 310B Certificate (preferred)
