Should I change jobs? (Dream industry but not dream people)

I work at a company that ties together a lot of things I really like and once studied. (Healthcare, design, and tech). My role is something like a database programmer though and the data is just related to the former two.

Pros of the job that are making me stay: – Private company stock averaging 15-25% yields each year. It’s not a bonus but just purchasable with my 401k money – Dream-ish industry – Prestigious and well known in my city

Cons: – Consulting so everything is “needed” asap – People kind of suck. The huge drawback for me. My team barely speaks to me unless they need something. If they need, they’re nice. I deliver it. I get no +/- feedback or thanks. I don’t need praise but damn if I don’t feel like a cog in the wheel 99% of the time. Some of the people I don’t work with are good, but not like close friends. Not even people I can grab lunch with, which makes going in to the office even worse. My direct supervisor doesn’t give a shit about anything and I don’t see him for months at a time. The big boss is in almost always but never really makes a point to communicate. I think he also shifts a lot of blame to me for some thing. – No obvious room for growth. Our team is pretty niche and maybe a position can be made for me to level up to. But as it stands, there is no position for me to be promoted to. – My position has had high turnover. I don’t know specifics but seems like my teammates positions have stayed (their role is data scientist), but my role has had like 5 people in the last decade. – I asked for a raise last year (my 2nd year with the company) and my supervisor said I was on par with the previous person in my role. I mentioned that she was earning 30% more than me. He was dumbfounded, but I explained how I could see that data from a labor project I had worked on. I think things to a turn then and probably should have phrased it better, but I wasn’t rude. He basically said “well yeah, but she had a little more experience” (which is true). – My job is very mundane. Always sorting thru and cleaning data. Barely use my brain and feel like my cognitive ability is even declining as a result. Obviously I can do more to combat this by self-learning and improving processes, which I have been working on as of late. – I’m pretty sure Im actually doing some of the jobs of one of my teammates, and I can only guess that he is delivering it to the end user/client making it seem like he did it. Not positive he does this all the time, but he definitely has done it before.

After writing it, this seems pretty toxic and turned into a rant lol. The main pro of staying is the private stock and I could possibly grow – it’s just unknown at this point. If I jump ship, it’s like starting over, but I could probably get a 20-50% raise right off the bat I imagine. Appreciate any advice!
