Hi! My name is May Ann. I’m from Philippines and working as a Senior Administrative Specialist in Asia Exchange.
My journey began with a deep interest in education setting. During my undergraduate studies, I had the opportunity to volunteer as a student assistant where I worked with students and professors on daily academic matters such as screening students, posting courses and schedules, hosting orientations, and many more. Through these experiences I have realized I wanted to be part of each student’s success stories in finishing their degrees.
Pursuing a career in Education
After graduating, I pursued a career that would enable me to promote and facilitate these educational experiences for others. Although my initial attempts were unsuccessful, I persisted in following my passion. Eventually, I discovered Asia Exchange and was immediately attracted to their mission of making international education more accessible.
Finding my path at asia exchange
Working with international students and our partner universities, I have found a unique and rewarding path that aligns with my passion for ensuring a smooth and enriching study experience for students. Every successful study abroad experience shared with us is incredibly meaningful to me as their coordinator.
It’s a privilege to be part of an organization that facilitates transformative experiences. Witnessing students grow academically, personally, and culturally is profoundly fulfilling.
