1. Facility Manager
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in facilities management. Proven experience in managing housekeeping, electrical, mechanical, and civil maintenance teams. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in 5-star or luxury hotels in Pakistan. Strong leadership, planning, and maintenance management skills.
2. Electrical Supervisor
Relevant diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering.
Experience in electrical systems, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
3. Mechanical Supervisor
Relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience in HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical maintenance.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
4. Housekeeping Supervisor
Experience in managing housekeeping operations and staff.
Knowledge of cleaning standards, hygiene practices, and inventory management.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferred.

Relevant educational qualifications and experience are mandatory for all positions.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the retail sector.
