*What will I be doing?*

As a *Starbucks Barista* you would be responsible for greeting and serving guests beverages and/or food in the Starbucks Café opening as a new outlet within The Hilton Fallsveiw. This Team Member will brew, sell, promote and prepare beverages according to established recipes and standards while maintaining cleanliness of the outlet throughout the shift. The *Starbucks Barista* will also accurately total, process and collect payment from guests by POS system. Additional responsibilities include ensuring products are stocked, rotated and stored properly. This Team Member will assist guests with any requests in a calm and professional manner, take ownership of guest issues when they arise, and ensure that all guests feel cared for, valued and respected.

*What are we looking for?*
* Previous experience handling cash transactions
* Previous experience working in a similar café-type style atmosphere is an asset
* Strong Guest service skills
* Superb communication and interpersonal skills
* Positive and professional attitude
* Must be available to work a variety of all shifts (Days, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
* Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume business
* Must be able to lift and carry 10kg
* Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
