Responsibilities:
- Monitor Payroll activities.
- Assist Head Office Payroll section in Employees Final Settlements.
- Memo writing, resolution of issues, Transfer to G.
- Reporting to Accounts section, Budget Preparation.
- Financial Modelling.
- Preparation of Schedules and Liaison with Auditors.
- Knowledge of Employees / Labour Laws applicable in Pakistan.
- Working knowledge of ERP system will be preferred.
2.Finance Manager:

Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper execution of Contractual and Finance obligations of LNG contracts.
- Should be well versed in: -Negotiation of contracts.
3.Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) – BI Consultant:
JOB DETAILS:
Qualification & Experience:
BCS or equivalent with at least 4 years of experience or MCS (or equivalent) / MBA with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Candidate having certification in CC&B shall be preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Business process design & development and workflows in systems.
- Should be able to suggest and validate solution options for the requirements and lead the solution design with business teams.
- Strong knowledge of business areas within CC&B such as meter reads, billing, payment processing, collections and field service.
- Extensive knowledge of CC&B Operational and BI Reporting/ Dashoarding.
- Must have strong skills in ETL and Warehouse design with hands-on experience.
- Hands on experience working with OBIEE and either Power BI or QlikView/Qliksense.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical/executive level audiences.
4.Application Administrator (Digitization and Workflow Management):

Qualification & Experience:
Bachelors in Computer Engineering/ Electronic with at least 2 years of working experience of Workflow Management with digital transformation.
Skills:
- Excellent understanding of Document Management System and Digitization.
- Logging, tracking and auditing knowledge with awareness of digital onboarding.
- Sound knowledge of Business applications/workflows management.
- Integration of document management system with other business applications.
- Must have on hand experience with enterprise level Document Management System with administration & Users management.
- Sound knowledge of various scanning formats and tagging in the system.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Document Management Systems certifications will be added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Administration of Document Management System, Workflows, User Management, reporting & integration with other business applications.
- Configure and maintain DMS servers and workflows including monitoring of system health and performance, to ensure high levels of performance, availability and security.
- Implement best practices for new and existing solutions.
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
- Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions.
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
- Performing server backups & recovery & Mitigating security vulnerabilities.
- Writing and maintaining Technical Documentation and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Recommendations for future upgrades.
