*Position Overview*

The successful candidate will welcome Guests to the Hotel and registers them in the best room available according to their preferences. This role is responsible for accurate billing and ensures Guests are provided with hassle free service. The Guest Service Agent reviews the Best Guest Report arrivals and checks for any special requests, review any conference or bus resumes, up sell room types and promote hotel services and amenities. This role is responsible for completing the registration process, code electronic keys and assign appropriate selection of rooms. This Team Member ensures all Guests are thanked and offered an invitation to return, and wishes of safe travel.

* Guest Service Experience is an asset- not a requirement

* Must be able to stand for long periods of time
* Must be able to accurately communicate in English; verbal and written

*Onboarding Requirements*
* Must be available to work day, evening, and midnight shifts
* Must be able to complete a Criminal Background Check to the hotel?s satisfaction.
